Info & FAQ

1.         When are new products added to the website? – New products arrive daily.  We quality check them, before adding into our stock control system, ready to be uploaded to our website.

2.         Can you despatch my order today for delivery tomorrow? – Yes! All orders placed by 1pm are despatched the same day.  Upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm for next day delivery by 1pm (UK mainland only - please see royalmail.com for t&c’s)

3.         What notifications will I receive when I order? – You will receive an order confirmation and a despatch confirmation by email.

4.         Can I collect in person from you? – You are welcome to order online, and select the collection option at the checkout.  We can have your order ready for you to collect within the hour from our premises 15 mins from M62 Junction 24.  We don’t have retail premises as we only trade online.

5.         Do you post internationally? – Yes, we post to destinations worldwide.

6.         How much will my international delivery cost? - Delivery charges vary by country, and are calculated on the weight of the items.  Please login so the shipping can be calculated as you add items to your basket. 7.         How long will my order take to arrive? - Our overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure, which will require a signature on receipt.  Current estimated delivery times are:

Europe: 3-5 working days.

Rest of the world: 5-7 working days

Occasionally, some items take a little longer than normal, however, this is out of our control as it is not a timed service.

8.         Will I have to pay import duty or local taxes on my delivery? - There may be import duty or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside of the European Union as our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country. For any queries you may have, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

9.         Do you offer VAT refunds through the Retail Export Scheme? - We do not participate in this scheme, which reimburses VAT to customers when they purchase goods for personal export outside of the EU.
